Chef Peter Christenson
We are priviledged to have Chef Peter Christenson working with us here at Woolley's. He has come to us with an extensive culinary background. He is a Certified Executive chef and is a member on the Board of Advisors Committee for Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute. Chef Peter learned from the best at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. After graduating, he worked at some of the finest country clubs in Minnesota, including the Mendakota Country Club and the Golden Valley Country Club. When he's not in the kitchen, Chef Peter loves spending time with his wife and their two sons. He also enjoys fishing, reading and spending time at the local Farmers' Market for seasonal inspiration. Chef Peter knows how important it is to give back to the community, and he enjoys volunteering for local organizations. Some of his most recent events have been for charities including the Ronald McDonald House, Breast Cancer support groups, and the Free Arts--a local organization whose mission is to help abused children. In December he will be volunteering to help raise money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
