We are privileged to have Chef Peter Christenson working with us here at Woolley’s, he has come to us with an extensive culinary background. He is a Certified Executive Chef and is a member on the Board of Advisors Committee for Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute. Chef Peter learned from the best at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. After graduating he worked at some of the finest Country Clubs in Minnesota including the Mendakota Country Club and the Golden Valley Country Club. Chef Peter’s free cooking classes here at Woolley’s have quickly become a favorite of our patrons and guests of the Embassy Suites Minneapolis Airport Hotel. Chef Peter uses seasonal ingredients and breaks down some of his favorite recipes in a way that is easy to follow and fun to watch. The class is always the second Saturday of each month. These class topics range from “Spring Salads” to “The Culinary Secrets to Making Elegant and Easy Holiday Hors d’ Oeuvres”
